Material spicy Bhindi Andhra style
- Okra, trimmed 250 gram
- Oil 8 tablespoons
- Chalet
- Whole Dried coriander 4 Small spoon
- Cumin seeds 1 Small Spoon
- Salt to taste
- Dry Red Pepper
- Roasted peanuts peeled 4/8 (one quarter cup
- Garlic buds
Method
Step 1
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
Step 2
- Add whole coriander and cumin seeds in a second non stick pan and roast dry. Add small onions to the oiled pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3
- Then add the bhindi and salt and mix well, cover and let cook.
Step 4
- Now add the red chillies in the pan with the spices while roasting and fry till the smell comes out. Then put them in a mixer jar, add the roasted peanuts and garlic buds and coarsely crush.
Step 5
- Cook the beans while stirring them in between. Then add the crushed masala and mix well. Serve hot.
