How to Make Spicy Bhindi Andra style - Andra style Chhoti Bhindi Cooked with Spices

Material spicy Bhindi Andhra style

  • Okra, trimmed 250 gram
  • Oil 8 tablespoons
  • Chalet
  • Whole Dried coriander 4 Small spoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 Small Spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry Red Pepper 
  • Roasted peanuts peeled 4/8 (one quarter cup
  • Garlic buds


Method

Step 1

  • Heat the oil in a non stick pan.

Step 2

  • Add whole coriander and cumin seeds in a second non stick pan and roast dry. Add small onions to the oiled pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

  • Then add the bhindi and salt and mix well, cover and let cook.

Step 4

  • Now add the red chillies in the pan with the spices while roasting and fry till the smell comes out. Then put them in a mixer jar, add the roasted peanuts and garlic buds and coarsely crush.

Step 5

  • Cook the beans while stirring them in between. Then add the crushed masala and mix well. Serve hot.
