Ingredients Cheese Frankie

  • Paneer grated 100 gram
  • Flour loaves 8
  • Potato peeled and mashed 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 / 4(one quarter tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 (half) tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 small spoon
  • Amchur 1 small spoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2(half) small spoon
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves२ tablespoons
  • For oil floor ne
  • Cabbage 8 (one quarter smaller
  • Carrots 1 health benefits
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala 1/2 (half) small spoon


Method

Step 1

  • Grate the cheese in a bowl. Add potatoes, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, amchur and chaat masala. Chop the green coriander finely and mix well. Make kebab of its elongated shape.

Step 2

  • Heat a little oil in a pan and compress the kebab. Turn over and also compress the other side. In the meantime chop the cabbage thinly and put it in a bowl.

Step 3

  • In the same way chop the carrots and put in the bowl. Add salt and chaat masala and mix. Put in the refrigerator to cool.

Step 4

  • Remove the kebab from the pan and put it in a plate. Heat the maida on a tava (griddle) slightly. Place a paneer kebab on each roti and add a little salad. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some roasted cumin powder on top. Roll up and serve.
