well take take oil heat it in a non-stick kadai ( Pan ) Onions (प्याज), Cashewnuts (काजू), Tomatoes (टमाटर) Saute Lightly & Cook it for 10 - 20 minutes.
Now Take Red Cilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर), Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर), Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर), Salt (नमक) and Oil.
Put this tincture into a Mixture Jar & Cool and Grind make a paste with some water.
Transfer this tincture in same Kadai ( Pan ) Add little amount of butter (मक्खन) & cook it at low heat for 20 minutes.
Now Add Cream Paneer Kashori Methi Powder, Garam Mashala Powder, Green Chardamom Powder tincture them well.....

Ingredients for शाही पनीर !
- Cheese, chopped into square pieces४०० grams
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion, finely chopped
- Cashew 15 - 20
- Tomato, finely chopped
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- To decorate the cream
- Kasuri methi powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 small spoon
- Cardamom powder 1 / 8(a quarter teaspoon
Method
Step 1
- Heat the oil in a non stick kadhai and add the onions and cashews and fry them lightly.
Step 2
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the tomatoes are analized. Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry.
Step 3
- Drain this mixture into a mixer jar, let cool then grind with a little water. Then pour the powdered mixture into the same kadhai.
Step 4
- Add butter, cover and cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes.
Step 5
- Then add the cream and mix well.
Step 6
- Now add the paneer, kasuri methi, garam masala powder, small cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 7
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with a little cream and serve hot.
