Way to Make Pani Puri

3 Water of the Contents Water Whole
- Mint water
- Fresh coriander leaves 2 Cup
- Mint leaves 5 Cup
- Ginger chopped
- Green Chillies Chopped 5-6
- Water whole masala ४ small spoon
- Black salt 5 tablespoon
- Cumin powder 5/8(one quarter tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 2
- Tamarind asafoetida water
- Tamarind pulp 2 Cup
- Asafoetida 6/2(half) small spoon
- Red chilli powder २ small spoon
- Roasted cumin seeds powder १ small spoon
- Black salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala 2 small spoon
- Lemon 2
- Orange juice water
- Orange juice / orange juice cup
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin powder 6/2 (half) tsp
- Water whole masala २ small spoon
- Lemon 3
- Amchur powder 3/2 (half) small spoon
Method
Step 1
To make mint water, grind coriander leaves, mint, ginger,green chillies, finely ground with 1 cup of water.
Step 2
Then put it in a bowl. Add water puri masala, black salt, roasted jeera powder and salt and mix well.
Step 3
Then add 1 lemon juice and mix and divide into 2 parts.Pour in a portion 1 lemon juice, 3 cups water and ice cubes and mix.
Step 4
Then put it in the refrigerator.To make tamarind asafoetida water, take the tamarind pulpa in a bowl. Then add asafoetida, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, black salt, salt, chaat masala, amchur and mix.
Step 5
Add water as needed and mix. Add the ice cubes and mix. Add 1 lemon juice and mix and place in the refrigerator.Separate the green chutney in a bowl to make the orange juice water. Add orange juice and mix.
Step 6
Add salt, roasted jeera powder, water puri masala and mix well. Now add 1 lemon juice, amchur and mix.
Step 7
Taste for salt then add the ice cubes. Mix well and put in the refrigerator. Serve these three waters with curare puris.
Step 8
Use mashed boiled potatoes or boiled black gram or blanched sprouted moong to fill the puris.
