Ingredients Cheesy Broccoli balls
- Parmesan cheese, grated 2
- Mozzarella cheese cubes sliced 100
- Broccoli / cauliflower finely chopped
- Potatoes boiled and peeled 2
- Red chilli flex States
- Grotto black peppercorns States
- SALT states
- Oil १ tablespoon + to fry
- Garlic cloves chopped
- Onion, chopped 1
- Flour 1/2 (half)
- Bread order 1/2 (half)
Method
Step 1
- Crush the potatoes and put them in a large mixing bowl. Add red chilli flakes, chopped black pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Step 2
- To make the broccoli mixture, heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic and fry for a minute or till the garlic turns brown.
Step 3
- Add onions and a pinch of salt and fry till the onions are lightly browned. Then add the broccoli, reduce the heat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 4
- Mix the broccoli mixture well with the potato mixture. Make equal portions of this mixture, fill a cube of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each portion, press and seal the edges, and form medium sized balls.
Step 5
- Mix the flour with water as needed and make a diluted solution. Dip the balls in this solution and wrap them in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
A pan as needed oil and therein framed shells and sauté until sauté. Remove from the oil and place it on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
